<p>Description</p> <p>County Videographer</p> <p>General Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for filming, editing, and graphic design of corporate videos for the Department of Public Information </li><li>Assist Digital Media Manager as needed with tasks such as uploading items to the County website </li></ul> <p>Pre-production:</p> <ul> <li>Pitching video ideas to the Department's directors and creative team </li><li>Receiving and developing video ideas from internal organizations </li><li>Writing and revising scripts </li><li>Assisting with the logistics for video shoots </li><li>Storyboarding </li></ul> <p>Production:</p> <ul> <li>Setting up for productions including lighting and sound </li><li>Recording interviews </li><li>Single and multi-camera livestreams with the use of Restream </li><li>Providing feedback to on-screen talent as needed </li></ul> <p>Editing:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, </li></ul> <p>Illustrator, and Media Encoder</p> <ul> <li>Ingesting and transcoding footage </li><li>Creating redundancy of video and audio files on physical and network drives </li><li>Creating a unified folder structure for use on every project </li><li>Branding video series and creating graphic templates to be used across multiple projects </li><li>Working on graphic templates from vendors </li><li>Prepping videos for delivery to social media (making thumbnails, captioning) </li><li>Creating masters for future use and creating deliverables for clients </li><li>Archiving all footage and graphic templates for future use </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Communications or related field.</p> <p>Valid NJ Driver's License</p> <p>Please be advised this is an on-site position.
