<p>Your role</p> <p>Do you have a passion for harnessing the latest technology, stay on the cutting edge of the digital event marketplace? Are you known for your project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects?</p> <p>We're looking for someone like that to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop detailed knowledge of Event Plus platform functionality and configurations across all client marketing products </li><li>Quality assurance and testing of all new Event Plus release items across all products and dissemination of new / enhanced feature updates to relevant internal teams </li><li>Create and distribute Event Plus communications across IB; and virtual meeting platforms updates (OpenExchange; Zoom) to IB Marketing and GM Corporate Access </li><li>Create and direct training for, and provide ongoing technical guidance to, IB Marketing and internal partners </li><li>Support event set-up by all IB Event Plus event coordinators and conference set up by IB Marketing </li><li>Document management - user guides, marketing and digital platform disclaimers </li><li>Track process enhancement and maintenance requests with EM Tech team </li><li>Create platform adoption and usage reports across Event Plus modules to track against objectives and update stakeholders </li><li>Ensure integrity of data across all event projects, working with users to monitor data quality and reporting </li><li>Business management of virtual meeting platform accounts for IB Marketing (OpenExchange; Zoom) </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>New York: the salary range for this role is $122500 to $147500 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
