Candidates must be local and available to work during business hours, including Saturdays.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers </li><li>Conduct regular in-person visits to job sites, contractors, and businesses </li><li>Develop and manage a sales pipeline through calls and follow-ups </li><li>Present products, provide recommendations, and close sales </li><li>Process orders and coordinate with internal teams </li><li>Identify upsell opportunities and maximize customer value </li><li>Track activity and maintain customer contact based on KPIs </li><li>Meet or exceed monthly sales and visit targets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills </li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts </li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented </li><li>Basic computer skills (email, Google Docs, Microsoft Word) </li><li>Ability to work both in the field and in-office </li><li>Dependable and able to follow through on commitments </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Sales experience (outside or inside sales) </li><li>Experience in construction, landscaping, or related industries </li><li>Spanish is a plus </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Business hours (Monday to Saturday; schedule may vary based on business needs)</p> <p>About American Stone</p> <p>American Stone is a family-owned company supplying stone products for construction, landscaping, and retail customers.
