The role will focus on pricing, structuring, and marketing portfolios of bonds, assessing risk models, generating systematic alpha, analyzing P&L data, and improving workflows to make the best real-time risk decisions. We value individuals who are responsible, independent, driven, and able to work in collaboration with the wider team. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The group is globally distributed, so clear written and verbal communication is required. You are also expected to cover a wide range of responsibilities spanning trading, quantitative research, and technology.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Price, structure, and market Corporate Bonds and Fixed Income . </li><li>Cover institutional accounts and make markets. </li><li>Analyze P&L, pricing decisions, and risk models to identify patterns and revenue opportunities. </li><li>Constantly evaluate market developments to provide clients and team members accurate product information. </li><li>Maintain and improve trading systems and tools. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>10y+ experience using systematic strategies to trade Corporate Bond products. </li><li>Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills. </li><li>Thrives under competitive pressures while maintaining focus on client needs. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or other quantitative fields. </li><li>Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning. </li></ul>
