<p>The Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Manager (Community Living Center/Dementia) is the designated first-line supervisory authority for the Community Living Center/Dementia neighborhood. The incumbent of this position is responsible and accountable for the operation of their assigned neighborhood and provides coverage for other Nurse Managers (NMs), as needed.</p> <p>The Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible and accountable for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance.</p> <p>The incumbent of this role will function as a role model, educator, practitioner, and supervisor providing leadership to the team.
