In this role, you'll serve as the friendly face of The Bayshore, warmly welcoming residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers each day. You'll be the first impression of our community-a cornerstone of exceptional service.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities of the Villas Experience Manager/Concierge Include:</p> <ul> <li>Acting as the primary point of contact for our villa residents, quickly addressing and facilitating day-to-day concerns. </li><li>Planning, organizing, and hosting scheduled events for villa residents, such as happy hours, educational seminars, and social outings </li><li>Partnering with our community leadership team to position The Villas </li><li>Orienting new villa residents to the community, services, and their new home. Introducing them to community leadership and tailoring their experience to their personality, background, and interests. </li><li>Receiving and documenting delivery packages, notifying residents (recipients) upon their arrival. </li><li>Preparing and managing maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff. </li><li>Providing assistance to the Executive Director and Director of Sales with various projects and assignments </li><li>Ability to drive 12 passenger bus and/or sedan transporting residents for group outings, personal appointments, etc </li></ul> <p>If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products </li><li>Must demonstrate excellent in person, written, and telephone communication skills </li><li>Hotel or Private club experience, professional demeanor, and ability to speak to a group </li><li>Willingness to seek out local connections to bolster the social program of The Villas </li><li>successfully organize their time, and meet deadlines </li></ul> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
