This role includes initiating cases, coordinating follow-up actions, documenting team decisions, and monitoring student progress through established action plans. The position is responsible for managing daily Care Team access points and providing status updates on active cases. Will also serve as a liaison to faculty, staff, parents, and other stakeholders seeking consultation or assistance from the Care Team. Additionally, this role may support Temporary Conditions and Withdrawal Services by coordinating accommodations and assisting students in navigating short-term or hardship-related academic adjustments.
