They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Everything behind the swinging door during the shift </li><li>Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements </li><li>Coaching the behaviors of all Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen </li><li>Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment </li><li>Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety </li><li>Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen </li><li>Daily assign kitchen crew to positions and ensure all pickup/delivery orders are made in a timely manner </li><li>Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Kitchen Team Members </li><li>Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment used in the Kitchen </li><li>Track and eliminate waste of food </li><li>Responsible for all checklists, truck orders, and produce orders </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school degree is required.
