<p>Position Summary: Responsible for the support services of Table Games and Table Games team members and supervises Table Games Dealers to maintain the integrity of assigned games and personnel. Utilized for Administrator or Floor Supervisor roles as needed and business demands.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions for Administrator Role:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the management of all scheduling operations </li><li>Responsible for staffing of Table Games in an efficient manner with respect to Payroll costs and business conditions </li><li>Responsible for the smooth operation of scheduling table games team members with respect to their gaming ability, individual needs, and concerns </li><li>Responsible for covering emergency situations, i.e. employee sickness or family emergency </li><li>Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount </li><li>Responsible for knowing all policies and procedures relating to the company </li><li>Acts as a liaison between the Table Games Department and Purchasing, Human Resources, Labor Relations and Payroll </li><li>Reviews and approves payroll for all hourly team members in the Table Games department </li><li>Responsible for ordering supplies pertaining to casino operations </li><li>Responsible for special projects as requested by VP Gaming and Director Table Games </li><li>Responsible for generating gaming operations reports (as needed) </li><li>Responsible for updating the Table Games Department Policy Manual </li><li>Participates in panel interviews and new hire orientation </li><li>Responsible for scheduling training for the Table Games Department as required to ensure compliance with NYSGC </li><li>Complies with all departmental and company policies including our business ethics guidelines </li><li>Complies with all New York regulatory requirements </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Salary: $58,000 - $73,000</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older </li><li>College degree or a minimum of 3 years of casino scheduling experience </li><li>Knowledge of all casino games rules and regulations for scheduling purposes </li><li>Proficient in Google Suite </li><li>Excellent communication and team member relation skills with sensitivity to all cultures and ability to effectively communicate in English </li><li>Minimum of one-year multi game dealing experience with knowledge of Table Games math, procedures, game protection and training requirements </li><li>Dealing experience of a minimum of two Table Games, ie: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette as well as specialty games </li><li>Must have strong leadership skills with a clear focus on guest service and Team Member relations as a priority </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos </li><li>Ability to write simple correspondence </li><li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff or customers and other employees of the organization </li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions </li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations </li><li>Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk</p> <p>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds</p> <p>Frequently required to stoop and kneel</p> <p>Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor</p>
