This role involves developing sophisticated automation workflows that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Klaviyo and passionate about optimizing the customer journey.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Email Management & Content Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Build, edit, and enhance CRM workflows and automations. </li><li>Manage email content across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate with designers, email team members, and vendors to create and implement new email templates, campaigns, and automated workflows that support various business verticals. </li><li>Monitor email performance and user engagement, optimizing templates and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. </li><li>Oversee A/B testing for email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools to enhance the subscriber experience. </li><li>Execute, QA, and deliver daily email campaigns across all brand segments. </li><li>Design and implement logic-based flows using triggers, conditions, and actions to streamline lead management, onboarding, and customer engagement. </li><li>Partner with analytics resource to monitor and optimize automation performance, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and enhance the customer experience. </li><li>Maintain and update custom fields, properties, segments, and tags to support accurate data tracking and targeted communications. </li><li>Integrate the CRM with third-party platforms and tools via native integrations or APIs to enable seamless data flow across systems. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues within automations and workflows, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption. </li><li>Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and projects as they arise. </li></ul> <p>Technical Support & Innovation</p> <ul> <li>Ensure email templates and campaigns are optimized for performance across devices, email clients, and platforms to deliver a seamless subscriber experience. </li><li>Partner with IT, development, and marketing ops teams to support centers across all brands. </li><li>Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to continuously improve processes and drive innovation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously. </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with designers and marketing team members. </li><li>Knowledge of A/B testing, CRM strategies, advanced segmentation, and personalized campaign builds using tools such as Klaviyo, Monday.com, and Wrike. </li><li>2-4 years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience. </li><li>Proven expertise in Klaviyo (or similar platforms) - including flows, segmentation, and reporting. </li><li>Strong understanding of customer journeys, retention marketing, and behavioral triggers. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with excellent organizational and project management skills. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfort with data - experience with Looker, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. </li><li>4-5 years of email marketing experience. </li></ul> <p>Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world's premier location-based entertainment platforms. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
