<p>2026-2027 School Year</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p> <ul> <li>Assist students with school and career planning by developing academic, career and personal/social skills goals. Collaborate with parents/guardians and educators to support students in achieving these goals and plans as needed. </li><li>Assist students with the college application, scholarship, and financial aid process as well as the vocational aspects of their post-secondary plans. </li><li>Review student progress/achievement/performance as needed and initiate follow-up with parents, students, and teachers in a timely manner. </li><li>Provide individual counseling to students with identified concerns or needs. </li><li>Consult and collaborate effectively with parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and other staff members regarding these students and/or refer them to school adjustment counseling or outside counseling services as needed. </li><li>Participate in the following teams and associated meetings as needed for students on caseload: Student Review Team (SRT), Individual Education Program Teams (IEP) and Student 504 Plan Accommodation Teams. </li><li>Assist with recruitment and admissions. </li><li>Other school counseling functions and duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION: In accordance with the BHEA Contract - $66,019.43 to $119,127.78</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS: DESE Licensure as a School Counselor, Grades 5-12</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Director of Admissions and Guidance</p> <p>TO APPLY: Applicants are requested to submit a letter of intent, resume, and copies of transcripts, certifications, and three current letters of professional reference via www.schoolspring.com, Indeed, or to:</p> <p>Jill Rossetti, Superintendent-Director ?
