<p>Home Health RN Registered Nurse - Empath Home Health - East Pasco county & North Hillsborough county</p> <p>Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate full-time Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care for patients in their homes throughout East Pasco county & North Hillsborough county. In this full-time role, you'll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.</p> <p>Locations: Home health visits in east Pasco county (Wesley Chapel, Land' O Lakes, Odessa, Dade City, Zephyrhills) and north Hillsborough county (Lutz, New Tampa, Tampa Palms, Temple Terrace, University, and surrounding areas)</p> <p>Schedule: M-F 40 hours.
