Your expertise will help shape the future of the organization's systems and processes, supporting their mission to deliver outstanding service and results.</p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis experience in software development, ERP implementation, or digital product enhancement </li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, PCA; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable </li><li>At least 1 year of experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) </li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Miro, Azure DevOps is a plus </li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience translating business needs into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria </li><li>Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with product teams on backlog refinement </li><li>Experience in managing post-implementation feedback and continuous improvement efforts </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to occasionally travel (<5%) to support project initiatives and sector collaboration </li></ul> <p>Ready to bring your expertise to a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence and innovation?
