<p>Senior Financial Analyst</p> <p>Location: Windsor Locks, CT</p> <p>Job ID: #71832</p> <p>Duration: 12+ months contract</p> <p>Pay Range: $45-56 - W2 hourly</p> <p>HYBRID ROLE.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Looking for a self-starter who is willing to ask questions and work with all levels of a dynamic organization. </li><li>Role includes developing and maintaining budgets and reporting to be utilized by department heads. </li><li>Perform financial analysis of internal financial statements and investigate significant budget variances. </li><li>Train and assist department heads in use of budget reporting tools and work with them to establish consistent monthly reporting protocols. </li><li>Work with finance teams across the world and the intercompany team to ensure costs are recorded correctly in the AM budgets. </li><li>Complete Gov't accounting budgeting requests related to the department budgets. </li><li>Document all procedures and processes in a desk manual and perform process improvement initiatives to streamline the reporting process, improve quality and usefulness of data, and improve customer satisfaction and add value to the budget reporting function. </li><li>Assist with other P&C AM (Power and Controls Aftermarket) reporting, including but not limited to, month-to-date sales, orders, month-end and year-end results. </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and communications skills.
