<p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: Incident Remediation Project Manager</p> <p>Duration: 18-24 month Contract</p> <p>Location: Pennington, NJ - Hybrid 3 days per week</p> <p>Required Pay Scale: 65-67/hr on w2</p> <ul> <li>Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates* </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Program Management / Delivery Management across data domains. </li><li>We support the enterprise by helping manage data quality issues across multiple data domains. </li><li>Owns a specific deliverable within the incident remediation process. </li><li>We are responsible for executing against data quality issues, not just monitoring them. </li></ul> <p>Project Details:</p> <ul> <li>The role requires technical awareness, but not deep engineering expertise. </li><li>The team must understand how issues move through the workflow and impact systems across the enterprise. </li><li>When a line of business raises an issue, we help trace and manage how it moves through the incident remediation lifecycle. </li><li>The team needs someone who can essentially replicate the management coordination responsibilities currently handled by the manager. </li><li>Key strengths needed: </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication </li><li>Ability to manage and drive process </li><li>Track multiple workstreams and initiatives </li><li>Participate in and represent the team in numerous program and steering committee meetings </li></ul> <p>Must Haves</p> <ul> <li>Incident Remediation </li><li>Banking or Financial Services Sector </li></ul> <p>About Matlen Silver</p> <p>Experience Matters.
