As the voice and face of our Medspa you will be responsible for the overall success of our client experience by selling solutions, great outcomes, and enhanced services and products.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>Welcome clients and create a highly customizable aesthetic treatment plan for our patients to help them look and feel their best. </li><li>Educating clients on all services and products lines to enhance their outcomes and experience, along with appropriate take home care. </li><li>Evaluating guests' suitability for laser treatment, skin rejuvenation or body contouring services. </li><li>Proactively address client concerns in a professional and proactive way with a win-win resolution. </li><li>Follow proper protocols for operating and maintaining laser and aesthetic devices. Adhere to established patient care standards, act as a liaison to the medical director. </li><li>Processing thorough patient charts to ensure safety and efficacy in their treatment plan including proper consent forms, documentation and before and after photos </li><li>Greeting clients in a friendly manner as they enter the clinic, answer incoming calls, patient scheduling, pre and post visit communication and placing reminder confirmation calls </li><li>Perform all the services that we offer within your licensure, training and certification including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, VI Peels, Ultherepy, Microneedling, Dermaplaining, CoolSculpting and additional skin rejuvenation and body contouring services. </li><li>Share in clinic operational standards, cleanliness, banking, supply ordering and inventory guidelines </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance, following our dress code and a positive demeanor at all time </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:</p> <ul> <li>A valid Massachusetts Aesthetics Licensure or equal qualification </li><li>Proven track record in exceeding sales goal, through individual service and product goals, in the med spa, salon or cosmetic industry </li><li>Successful commitment to the client experience and retention by building strong and nurturing relationships to our internal and external guests. </li><li>Ability to use intellectual curiosity to problem solve with the ability to be solutions oriented. </li><li>Rapid learner that is tech savvy and has the ability to grasp concepts and protocol. </li></ul> <p>Listing Type: Employment Modality: Aesthetics Compensation Model: Hourly / FT Job Setting: Other Benefits: • Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities • Paid training for qualified applicants • Medical and Dental insurance upon completion of 90 days • Continuing Education reimbursement • Paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, paid family and medical leave for full time status • Generous employee discount for treatment and services • Extended career opportunity in a fast-growing organization City: Braintree State: Massachusetts Learn more about this opportunity</p>
