<p>Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor</p> <p>Reports To: Assistant Operations Manager</p> <p>FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried, Full-Time</p> <p>Schedule: Sunday 5:30pm start; Monday through Thursday 6:30pm start</p> <p>Pay Range: $62,600 - $71,400</p> <p>Position Objective: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees overnight warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supervising 12 order selectors (pickers), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the first line of leadership for overnight staff, supporting both operational goals and team development, and communicating all pertinent information regarding each shift to operations management.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and coordinate overnight order selectors (pickers) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment </li><li>Monitor and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency metrics </li><li>Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations </li><li>Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and maintain high morale </li><li>Assist Assistant Operations Manager in scheduling, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving </li><li>Conduct routine inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy </li><li>Address and resolve employee concerns or operational issues during the shift </li><li>Report daily operational status, challenges, and successes to the Assistant Operations Manager </li><li>Support inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution </li><li>Uphold a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Additional education or certification in logistics/warehouse management, preferred </li><li>2 years or more experience in warehouse, required </li><li>Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in beverage, preferred </li><li>Knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work overnight hours and manage a physically demanding environment </li><li>Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills </li><li>Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 55lbs </li><li>Exposure to varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership and Team Development </li><li>Time Management and Prioritization </li><li>Safety Awareness and Compliance </li><li>Attention to Detail </li><li>Communication and Problem-Solving Skills </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
