<p>Overview</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The No Surprises Act (NSA) Revenue Recovery Analyst is responsible for working within the NSA Team to ensure open negotiation notices and Independent Dispute Resolutions (IDR) notices are handled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with departmental and governmental guidelines.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsible for learning and becoming an expert in all NSA business office processes and workflows</p> <p>Responsible for following all NSA business office processes</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring Open Negotiation notices are handled in a timely and accurate manner</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring IDR notices are handled in a timely and accurate manner</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring IDR Final Offers are handled in a timely and accurate manner</p> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Specifications</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <p>One (1) year of previous revenue cycle experience in a healthcare or insurance setting</p> <p>Preferred/Desired</p> <p>Experience working in Epic</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <p>Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or an equivalent combination of previous related payment reimbursement experience and education</p> <p>Preferred/Desired</p> <p>Training</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <p>Preferred/Desired</p> <p>Special Skills</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <p>Strong analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
