<p>The Wire Coordinator reviews and processes daily wires, partners with key bank contacts, and provides support to escrow accounting and closing departments.</p> <p>This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally, either over the phone or in person, with an emphasis on representing Land Title in a way that builds customer relationships and a positive corporate image </li><li>Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner; provide information to authorized persons, or determine who can best provide the information and route the request; provide technical assistance when needed </li><li>Initiate/input outgoing wires in various bank systems utilizing information from our escrow system platform </li><li>Authorize/approve outgoing wires in various bank systems initiated by others </li><li>Download incoming wires from banks and upload to the escrow system </li><li>Manually input wires in to the escrow system </li><li>Contact various banks to close and transfer funds related to long term escrow accounts </li><li>Process daily wire reports </li><li>Communicate with bank(s) to resolve wire issues </li><li>Provide back-up for the over/short process, making adjustments as needed </li><li>Initiate daily stop pays on the banking system </li><li>Other duties as assigned by Escrow Manager </li></ul> <p>Success Factors:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Focus </li><li>Dealing with Ambiguity </li><li>Effective Communication </li><li>Process Management </li><li>Priority Setting </li><li>Decision Quality </li><li>Peer Relationships </li><li>Composure </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent required </li><li>Computer savvy including solid working knowledge of Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets) or a similar product (Microsoft Office) </li><li>Previous banking experience/real estate knowledge/title industry experience or other related experience preferred </li><li>Experience working in a customer service environment required </li><li>Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>The anticipated salary for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 annually. </li><li>In accordance with Colorado state law, this position is non-exempt and all overtime will be paid at time and a half. </li><li>Annual employee profit-sharing bonus, based upon company performance. </li></ul> <p>Competitive benefits that include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision insurance </li><li>Teledoc services </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Traditional and Roth 401K retirement options with company match </li><li>Short-term and long-term disability </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Continued education & training </li><li>Paid Leave </li><li>Paid Vacation, holiday and sick time </li><li>Discount for services benefit </li></ul> <p>Land Title is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, citizenship status, color, creed, disability, ethnicity, genetic information, gender (including gender identity and gender expression), marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.</p>
