<p>Description:</p> <p>Upstate Community Medical, PC at Upstate Community Hospital is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our orthopedic inpatient service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Daily rounding and complete care and management of patients admitted to the orthopedic service. </li><li>Functions as a first assist in orthopedic OR procedures. </li><li>Assist in the pre-operative and post-operative management of orthopedic patients. </li><li>Develops and implements patient treatment care plans, records progress notes, and monitors therapeutic interventions in collaboration with orthopedic attending physicians. </li><li>Provide orthopedic consults to both the Upstate Community Hospital inpatient service and Emergency Department. </li><li>The successful applicant will be a member of an interdisciplinary team and will work collaboratively with our physicians in providing orthopedic inpatient care. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>This full-time position is ideal for a highly motivated PA or NP who wants to contribute to Upstate Community Hospital's growing orthopedic service.
