We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our fast paced, dynamic GP and ER departments. This department is ideal for technicians who are eager to expand their skillset, collaborate across hospital teams, and play an integral role in patient care.</p> <p>Registered Veterinary Technician</p> <p>Grady Veterinary Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio</p> <p>Salary: $25-32/hr ( based on experience)</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Provide compassionate care to pet patients and their loved ones </li><li>Perform triage and initial interventions with emergency patients </li><li>Conducts basic examinations to assess stability. </li><li>Perform advanced nursing skills, including CPR, Phlebotomy, Cystocentesis, lab tests and various medication administration </li><li>Administer and monitor sedated patients for minor procedures as well as advanced anesthetic skills for emergency surgery </li><li>Assist DVM in scheduled GP appointments and walk -in appointments </li><li>Schedule: 8/10/12 hours for evening and night shifts </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <p>We're passionate about helping you reach your greatest potential - both at work and at home.
