This leader will own plant operations, driving performance across safety, quality, production, logistics, and team development while fostering a culture of innovation, change readiness, and continuous improvement. You think strategically, act decisively, and lead by example.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; engineering or technical degree preferred </li><li>10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in management required </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on understanding of industrial equipment and systems </li><li>Proven track record in leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Expertise in safety, quality, operations, and financial oversight </li><li>Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to lead in a matrixed, collaborative environment </li></ul> <p>Pay Transparency</p> <p>Salary Range: $110,400-$190,670</p> <p>The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
