To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.</p> <p>About The Role</p> <p>We're looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our Lenoir, NC manufacturing facility-part of our Protective Packaging division. This leader will own plant operations, driving performance across safety, quality, production, logistics, and team development while fostering a culture of innovation, change readiness, and continuous improvement. A strong mechanical background is highly valued to support technical decision-making and equipment optimization.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead Operations: Oversee daily plant activities with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Drive Performance: Implement strategies to increase output, reduce costs, and optimize plant resources. </li><li>Inspire Teams: Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across production, maintenance, and support functions. </li><li>Champion Change: Lead change management initiatives that improve agility, employee engagement, and operational success. </li><li>Promote Safety & Sustainability: Foster a zero-harm culture while delivering eco-conscious, high-quality products. </li><li>Collaborate Strategically: Align plant goals with corporate initiatives across supply chain, finance, and sales. </li><li>Advance Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean initiatives and process improvements to boost productivity and performance. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>You're a results-driven, people-centric leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments. You think strategically, act decisively, and lead by example.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; engineering or technical degree preferred </li><li>10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in management required </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on understanding of industrial equipment and systems </li><li>Proven track record in leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Expertise in safety, quality, operations, and financial oversight </li><li>Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to lead in a matrixed, collaborative environment </li></ul> <p>Pay Transparency</p> <p>Salary Range: $110,400-$190,670</p> <p>The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
