Hours to be determined.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective Dates: September 1, 2025- June 30, 2026</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate should have experience working with preschool students;</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess effective communication, listening, collaboration and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with parents</p> </li><li> <p>Upholds and enforces school rules, administrative regulations and Board policy.</p> </li></ul> <p>EVALUATION:</p> <p>Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with State guidelines and the provision of the Board's policy on evaluation of certified personnel.</p> <p>Salary in accordance with the UFREA Negotiated Agreement.</p> <p>Must participate in NJDOE Criminal History Clearance.</p>
