<p>Job Description and Duties</p> <p>The Workforce Development Analyst is responsible for providing advisory and consultative services to the Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI) management and staff in the complex areas of: recruitment, training, leaves of absence, worker's compensation, and other related administrative, personnel and workforce development programs.
