<p>Position: Communications Consultant 1</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)</p> <p>Duration: 6 Months contract with potential to extend</p> <p>Job ID: 169631</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>This position involves participating in or providing support for low-complexity initiatives within Communications. The role requires reviewing basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Communications. The candidate will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The role also involves providing information to client personnel in Communications.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage the Enterprise on changes in the Third Party Risk Management Program, including platform, procedure, and requirements. </li><li>Develop a plan considering audience, channels, key messaging, and connections to broader changes occurring in Supply Chain Management. </li><li>Create content templates to enable the creation of individual communication pieces in coordination with working teams, minimizing the burden on those teams. </li><li>Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness analyses to prepare individual communication pieces and adjust the plan as necessary. </li><li>Write content for individual communication pieces, such as emails, meeting presentations, and website postings. </li><li>Coordinate messaging and execution of the plan with CAO, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure commitments made in communications are delivered as committed. </li><li>Design and conduct periodic "market research" on the impact of changes made through the Program and the effectiveness of communications. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6 months of Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders to deliver tailored communications. </li><li>Experience working within third-party communication and supply chain communications. </li><li>Proficiency with standard communication tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and email. </li></ul> <p>About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
