View our website or ask us for details.</p> <p>Serves as a part time custodian to assist with maintenance and custodial duties, with room set up and logistics at the College.</p> <p>Job Focus</p> <p>NOTICE:</p> <ul> <li>This description should not be construed to contain every function/responsibility that may be required to be performed by an employee assigned to this position. </li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each task with or without reasonable accommodation. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>No previous experience required, but One (1) year custodial experience preferred performing related duties. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of basic custodial service techniques and procedures. </li><li>Knowledge of chemical hazards related to harsh cleaning agents. </li><li>Knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance. </li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently. </li><li>Must be prompt, dependable and show integrity in all aspects of the job. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and other duties requiring moderate physical strength. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds </li></ul> <p>Process/Application</p> <p>Davis Technical College complies with all aspects of the ADA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
