<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Raw Materials Manager to lead our Quality Control efforts related to raw materials within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the analysis and testing of raw materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing the QC laboratory operations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance processes and a commitment to excellence in maintaining the integrity of our pharmaceutical products.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage raw materials quality control processes including testing, evaluation, and release of incoming materials. </li><li>Ensure adherence to cGMP regulations and compliance with industry standards in all QC activities related to raw materials. </li><li>Supervise a team of QC analysts, providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance. </li><li>Develop, validate, and implement testing methods and procedures for raw materials to ensure reliability and accuracy. </li><li>Audit and assess raw material suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and manage supplier quality issues. </li><li>Review and approve quality control documentation such as Certificate of Analysis (CoA), test results, and laboratory records. </li><li>Coordinate investigations of non-conformances related to raw materials and lead root cause analysis efforts. </li><li>Monitor and report on raw materials quality metrics and trends, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and production, to align quality objectives and resolve quality issues. </li></ul>
