<ul> <li>Proven track record in managing the delivery and implementation of Point of Sale (POS) and eCommerce solutions for clients in North America. </li><li>Extensive experience working with leading North American retail customers, with a focus on driving program success and stakeholder alignment. </li><li>Strong domain expertise in Point of Sale and eCommerce, with hands-on exposure to solution delivery, integration, and lifecycle management. </li><li>Program leadership experience involving at least one major POS or eCommerce platform (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP Hybris, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). </li><li>Experienced in collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution of program goals and product positioning. </li></ul> <p>Program Planning & Strategy:</p> <ul> <li>Define and align the POS program roadmap with organizational goals. </li><li>Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for POS initiatives. </li><li>Create detailed project/program plans including scope, milestones, resources, and timelines. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder & Vendor Management:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, store operations, finance, marketing). </li><li>Engage with external vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and quality delivery. </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with POS hardware and software providers. </li></ul> <p>Implementation & Integration:</p> <ul> <li>Lead rollout of POS systems across stores, ensuring minimal business disruption. </li><li>Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of POS solutions with ERP, inventory, and eCommerce platforms. </li><li>Coordinate testing (UAT, SIT) and pilot deployments. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Manage cross-functional teams of developers, QA, business analysts, and operations staff. </li><li>Facilitate agile ceremonies or structured project management processes (e.g., Scrum, PMP). </li><li>Mentor team members and resolve cross-team dependencies. </li></ul> <p>Risk & Budget Management:</p> <ul> <li>Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies. </li><li>Track budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial control. </li></ul> <p>Support & Continuous Improvement:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure proper transition from project implementation to support teams. </li><li>Monitor system performance post-deployment and lead continuous improvement efforts. </li><li>Collect feedback from store teams and customers to drive updates and enhancements. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, data privacy, and security regulations. </li><li>Maintain thorough program documentation, including SOPs, training material, and project records. </li></ul> <p>#LI-RJ2</p> <p>Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year</p>
