As an Nursing Unit Secretary you will assist the team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Nursing Unit Secretary assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:</p> <ul> <li>Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience, preferred </li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred </li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>HS GED required </li><li>BLS from the American Heart Association required </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)</p> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>For more than 50 years, St. Anthony North Hospital has delivered optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton.
