The ideal candidate will facilitate a positive healing environment that is trauma informed while promoting child development, growth and skill building.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations and ensure program compliance with DCF, DEEC, contract, and agency policies. </li><li>Supervise and support staff, including training, evaluations, and professional development. </li><li>Assist youth in developing and implementing treatment and crisis plans. </li><li>Facilitate access to community resources and maintain strong partnerships with service providers. </li><li>Create a structured and supportive environment through scheduled visits and active engagement. </li><li>Develop and maintain youth schedules that include educational/vocational goals, recreation, and life skills. </li><li>Participate in the on-call rotation and crisis response as needed. </li><li>Ensure documentation and compliance with agency standards, including EMR and MAP protocols. </li><li>Promote a trauma-informed, youth-guided, and culturally responsive approach. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of supervisory experience working with youth or similar populations preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm</p> <p>Annual Salary</p> <p>$65,000-$75,000 USD</p> <p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
