Current NBCOT certification if occupational therapist. </li><li>Currently registered/licensed with applicable state. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. </li><li>Two years' supervisory experience in long-term care or related setting. </li><li>CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
