Our mission is to make work better for humans, and humans better with machines, helping enterprises unlock enduring value through intentional work design, human-centered strategy, and AI-enabled execution.</p> <p>Recruiting for this role ends on 8/31/2026</p> <p>Work you'll do</p> <p>As a Senior Manager on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Leading client engagements focused on workforce transformation, operating model design, organizational change, and future of work strategy </li><li>Advising senior business and human resources leaders on how to align workforce strategies to enterprise priorities, growth goals, and technology-enabled transformation </li><li>Developing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations, executive-ready deliverables, and implementation roadmaps </li><li>Managing cross-functional teams and workstreams, including engagement planning, quality review, client communications, and delivery against timelines and budgets </li><li>Contributing to practice growth through business development, solution development, thought leadership, and mentoring junior practitioners </li></ul> <p>A successful candidate would possess these skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product </li><li>Ability to build and sustain professional relationships </li><li>Ability to lead projects or workstreams </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others </li></ul> <p>The team</p> <p>Our Organization, Workforce & Change practice leads Deloitte's Humans × Machines approach-combining behavioral science, data, and AI to architect the future of work.</p> <p>We partner with business and HR leaders to reimagine how value is created, integrating human and machine capabilities seamlessly across the enterprise.</p> <p>The team helps clients scale their human edge-that distinct combination of creativity, empathy, and judgment amplified by intelligent technologies-to drive trust, adaptability, and performance.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>8+ years in workforce functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy & Solutions, Workforce Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workforce & Talent Analytics </li><li>Supported 4+ cross-functional initiatives to design and implement human-centered AI strategies, contributing to 10%+ cycle-time reduction through optimized human-machine collaboration. </li><li>4+ years' experience leading workforce strategy projects and teams </li><li>Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. </li><li>Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years consulting experience </li><li>6+ years' experience managing staff and leading small to medium sized teams </li><li>6+ years project management, presentation, and facilitation skills </li><li>Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments </li><li>Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business </li><li>Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence </li></ul> <p>The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
