The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coordinate field operations, driving projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost management, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior client service.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Support client, designer, subcontractor & vendor relationships </li><li>Implement & drive our Zero-Injury Safety program. </li><li>Understand drawings, specifications, and terms/conditions of owner contracts and subcontracts. </li><li>Deliver built-in quality using our three-phase quality control process. </li><li>Develop and maintain worksite logistics. </li><li>Drive project schedule including day to day supervision and coordination of construction activities. </li><li>Facilitate daily Site-Wide Huddles and Plan of the Day Meetings </li><li>Proactively monitor & control project costs </li><li>Leverage construction management and project management systems </li><li>Support the professional development and mentoring of Messer staff. </li><li>Support the interviewing and hiring process, as needed. </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities, as needed. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience operating as a commercial construction Superintendent, or in a directly comparable role. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred; Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. </li><li>Demonstrable excellence in leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of contemporary construction technologies and systems (ex. AutoDesk Build, Procore, Phoenix, etc.) </li><li>Proven experience utilizing contemporary construction process and project management systems (ex.
