Lincoln Tech is seeking a Graphic Designer, who will be responsible for creating and enhancing the visual appeal of Lincoln's marketing materials. You would help build a strong employer brand and ensure clear external and internal communication. This is a hybrid role based in Parsippany NJ.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>At least 3-5 years' graphic design/production experience in a Macintosh & Windows environment </li><li>Functional knowledge of the following software programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks </li><li>Knowledge of multimedia and HTML and web design </li><li>Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint; Microsoft XP, and Macintosh X+ platforms </li><li>Able to work effectively with internal sales and external vendors, including printers and press checks </li></ul> <p>Responsibilites</p> <ul> <li>Works with agencies to ensure synergistic designs and colors. </li><li>Creates brochures, sell sheets, direct mail, internal and external sales materials, and promotional items. </li><li>Ensures consistent and superior look and feel of all brands on all collateral. </li><li>Works with Directors and Creative Team to establish creative direction of all projects. </li><li>Produces all collateral material, including material reprints, in a timely manner. </li><li>Provides in-house graphic design support. </li><li>Proofs all material prior to production, including TV edits, collateral changes, etc. </li><li>Provides creative/art direction. </li><li>Ensures the production of new graphics, when needed, for Corporate Exhibit Booth. </li><li>Works as part of a team in prioritizing workload and in negotiating time lines for completion of work. </li><li>Develops design and production procedures. </li></ul> <p>Full Time</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Life and Disability Insurance </li><li>401(k) with Company Match </li><li>Paid Time Off and Holidays </li><li>Growth Opportunities </li><li>Click here to learn more </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts.</p> <p>Lincoln Tech is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
