<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for performing basic repairs and routine maintenance in the facility.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Completes maintenance Work Orders </li><li>Assists other trades, as needed </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>Four years of experience operating power tools, fork lifts and handling requests with other trades </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of the safe and effective use of all types of power tools </li><li>Ability to interpret and follow manuals, sketches and work orders </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Proper use of equipment and tools required to complete job duties </li><li>Respirator trained and fit tested </li><li>Man lift training (scissor and boom lift) </li><li>Forklift training </li><li>Fall training </li><li>Mandated safety training </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in a smoking environment as well as various weather conditions including extreme hot and cold </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and climb a ladder </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
