<p>Commercial Senior Property Manager</p> <p>Direct Hire: $105K + bonus potential</p> <p>Aurora, CO. 80017</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail and office properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven financial track record in property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Property Management: </li></ul> <p>Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail and a few office properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, security, and cleanliness.</p> <ul> <li>Financial Management: </li></ul> <p>Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly reporting, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance profitability.</p> <ul> <li>Tenant Relations: </li></ul> <p>Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and effectively, and managing lease agreements and renewals obligations.</p> <ul> <li>Leasing and Marketing: </li></ul> <p>Collaborate with leasing agents to attract and retain high-quality tenants and coordinate to help in the marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.</p> <ul> <li>Vendor Management: </li></ul> <p>Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality services within budget.</p> <ul> <li>Compliance: </li></ul> <p>Ensure properties comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.</p> <ul> <li>Reporting:Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial status, and operational issues for senior management and stakeholders. </li><li>Team Leadership: </li></ul> <p>Supervise and mentor property management staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on retail and office spaces.</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
