<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Rotating Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>RESUME REQUESTED UPON APPLYING</p> <p>Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators located at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, CT.</p> <p>You would be responsible for providing skilled phlebotomy, specimen processing and other lab assistance, as needed. Your work is vital to the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Contributes to overall quality of care for the patient through accurate, skilled phlebotomy draws, specimen processing, and excellent customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with administrators, colleagues, patients, and healthcare providers.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide assistance as needed throughout the Lab.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding in the operation/maintenance of Lab equipment, computer-based applications (email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office).</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork. Willing to assist where needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Hours/Shift:</p> <ul> <li>Per Diem, Day Shifts, rotating wknds (Saturday only). Two shifts per month, at least 1 weekend every 12 weeks and 1 holiday a year.
