Come see why!</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Research and Adjustment position is responsible for a range of duties related to the daily deposit operations of the bank, including core system functions, information verification, and customer service.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process incoming and outgoing, foreign and domestic wire transfers </li><li>Reconcile and manage bank's daily cash position </li><li>Reconcile Check Reconciliation System (CRS) and Financial Management System (FMS) daily </li><li>Reconcile various GL accounts daily; research out of balance items. </li><li>Process incoming requests, including subpoenas and levies, from various sources (government entities, court action, attorneys) </li><li>Responsible for submitting federal and state interest withholding </li><li>Process annual escheatment </li><li>Review and track W-8 BEN customers for accuracy and renewals </li><li>Process foreign checks </li><li>Process check adjustments and duplicate items & stop payments </li><li>Team member of the Fraud Squad </li><li>Submit check fraud cases </li><li>Review and process overdraft decisions </li><li>Responsible for the Charge off deposit account process </li><li>Complete weekly administrative tasks for CDARS and ICS programs </li><li>Provide support to Tellers and Customer Services Representatives at all Bank First locations </li><li>Provide support to Deposit Operations co-workers in their absence </li><li>Lockbox Processing </li><li>Review closed deposit accounts </li><li>Follow procedures and share knowledge with others </li><li>Accept and provide assistance for special projects as needed </li></ul> <p>#INDBF</p>
