We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Full time work, medical, dental, vision health benefits, paid time off!</p> <p>This General Laborer position is responsible for processing the fiber blankets by folding and connecting as part of our manufacturing process.</p> <p>Great stable work and full benefits at our ETS Schaefer plant located in Macedonia, OH. Scheduled work hours are 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. Must pass drug screen and background check.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>The General Laborer will stage, lift and stack fiber materials to meet customer specs. Operate forklifts, cranes, welders and power tools as needed. The General Laborer will work from elevated platforms at times (scaffolding and scissor lifts). Actively participate in our company-wide safety and housekeeping programs.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or relevant work related experience. </li><li>Reliability of attendance, ability to work extended overtime as needed </li><li>Some math required in stacking of material, counting, and the use of tape measure </li><li>Show safe work practice around the facility </li><li>Must be able to wear respirator periodically </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
