<p>Job Description:</p> <p>ECSE Speech-Language Pathologist: Architect of Communication</p> <p>Location: Commons Lane (1) and Duchesne (1) Primary Elementary SChool</p> <p>Year: 2026-2027 School Year</p> <p>The Opportunity: Giving Every Child a Voice</p> <p>In our Early Childhood Special Education department, we believe that communication is a human right. We are looking for a dedicated, clinical expert who understands that for a 3-to-5-year-old, being able to express a need, a thought, or a "thank you" is the foundation of all future learning. You aren't just providing therapy; you are unlocking a child's ability to connect with their family, their peers, and their teachers.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>As an ECSE Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in our youngest scholars (ages 3-5) with identified special education needs. You will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that focus on speech sound production, language acquisition, fluency, and social communication.
