If you're compassionate, resilient, and detail-oriented, you'll play a vital role in ensuring quality care and making a real difference in our patients' lives.</p> <p>Unit Description:</p> <p>The Cardiac Renal Unit (previously MRCC) is a 39 bed unit on the 5th floor of our Midtown Campus. The Cardiac Renal unit integrates care for the patient from adulthood through geriatrics. The "CRU" manages the care of patients requiring telemetry monitoring, patients experiencing cardiovascular/renal problems including: renal insufficiency/failure, Heart Failure, Unstable Angina/MI, Pre Open Heart Surgery, Dysrhythmias and other cardiovascular/renal conditions.</p> <p>Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:</p> <ul> <li>Basic Life Support: Health Care Provider, within six months of hire. </li><li>Completion of a high school education or equivalent (GED) preferred </li><li>Successfully complete PCT classes as required by care center/unit. </li></ul> <p>Other Key Words: Entry-Level Patient Care Technician, No Experience required, paid training provided, on-the-job training, career growth, CNA, PCT, CRU, MRCC//5500/5600</p>
