As a Benchmark housekeeper, your main role will be to maintain a community that is safe and clean for residents, associates, and visitors. You will be</p> <p>responsible for floor maintenance of apartments, and all other common areas of community.</p> <p>If you possess a dedication to assisting others, take immense pride in your work, and are looking for a remarkable company that aligns with those values, then this opportunity is made for you!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintains all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity. This includes but is not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, stripping wax from floors, buffing, etc. . </li><li>Maintains floor cleaning equipment. </li><li>Assists in the physical setup of community events by executing instructions in the Banquet Event Orders(BEO) and coordinating with the appropriate departments. </li><li>Assists Supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies. </li><li>Cleans all trash rooms. </li><li>Assists housekeepers with annual cleanings. </li><li>Notifies Supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment. </li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work and storage area. Disposes of debris and defective materials. </li><li>Attends meetings as scheduled. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Availability to work every weekend plus holidays. </li><li>A high school diploma or GED is preferred. </li><li>Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but we will train. </li><li>Prior experience with floor cleaning and equipment preferred.
