The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off) </li><li>Onsite cafeteria, fitness center, and outdoor fitness track </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect:</p> <ul> <li>Modify master item records to align with business needs </li><li>Interface with Manufacturing team on Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) development and lead change control process through SCM </li><li>Work with supply chain planners and M&CS to accurately manage date effectivity cut ins on changes to Bill of Materials. </li><li>Create Material Change Notice (MCN) or Notice of Termination (NOT) following issuance of Engineering Change Implementation </li><li>Drive operational excellence and implement continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Implement best practices in supply chain planning and management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications Sought:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain or Business related discipline preferred. </li><li>3-5+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Experience across the product lifecycle (Development, Production and Sustainment) preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of business financials, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Oracle MRP, scheduling tools, and critical path analysis. </li><li>Proven ability to lead, manage, and influence cross-functional teams. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required </li><li>This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance.
