<p>The Position</p> <p>Management Analysts conduct a variety of studies, research and analysis of management and administrative areas such as budgeting and financial analysis; departmental operations; legislative analysis; management research; and statistical and informational analysis.</p> <p>Incumbents function as managers who train, supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate supervisors; develop policies and procedures; and allocate staff and resources to accomplish goals and objectives.</p> <p>The Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH); Fiscal unit; is recruiting for a Management Analyst 4, located in Carson City. This position is responsible for the oversight and accountability of the division's centralized Fiscal Services, Accounting Unit. This position is also responsible for the oversight and accountability of the division's Procurement Card Management system. The incumbent works as a liaison between internal and external division partners; will provide training and technical assistance related to fiscal policies and procedures within the agency; will prepare several fiscal related documents.
