We're part of API Heat Transfer and committed to safety, quality, and reliability in everything we do.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Cut raw materials (tube, bar, flat stock, extrusion) on a horizontal band saw </li><li>Operate supporting equipment: vertical band saw, tube beader, drill press, disc sander, manual mill (basic ops) </li><li>Read drawings and cut lists; verify dimensions using calipers/tape </li><li>Deburr, sand, and finish parts; label and stage parts for downstream operations </li><li>Complete first-piece and in-process checks per ISO 9001 procedures </li><li>Keep a clean and safe work area; follow LOTO and machine guarding requirements </li><li>Collaborate with welding, machining, and shipping to keep work flowing </li></ul> <p>What Great Looks Like</p> <ul> <li>You're accurate on cuts, measure twice, cut once, and document checks </li><li>You keep the saw area organized, safe, and audit-ready </li><li>You communicate clearly with teammates and move materials efficiently </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred </li><li>Able to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, tape measure, micrometers a plus) </li><li>Comfortable standing for 8-10 hours and lifting 25-50 lbs.
