You will help our team run an efficient and effective Retention program with the partnership of Creative and Marketing. You will collaborate closely with Creative to bring product and brand stories to life. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retention, you will use the channels you oversee to drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.</p> <p>Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.</p> <ul> <li>Plan the email marketing calendar and coordinate the creative process from briefing to asset delivery. </li><li>Execute the email development and deployment process. </li><li>Develop segmentation and trigger strategies, build email and SMS audiences. </li><li>Lead AB testing program to optimize blast campaigns and automated communications. Implement learnings to improve experiences for customers and growth for the brand. </li><li>Provide post campaign analysis and weekly reports. Share insights to support the CRM program strategy, planning, testing and growth. </li><li>Contribute to the Retention team's understanding of the competitive landscape to influence and improve the program. </li><li>Collaborate with our team to run an efficient and effective Retention program. </li></ul> <p>What do you need to succeed?</p> <p>We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience and professional achievements.</p> <p>The foundation skills you will need in this position are:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of related email & SMS experience, preferably with a DTC brand. </li><li>Experience developing and optimizing triggered campaigns and segmented audiences. </li><li>Proven track record of managing projects and timelines. An ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with professionalism and flexibility. Experience working with project management software. </li><li>Experience making data-driven decisions, supported by your reports and analysis. Experience optimizing campaigns with AB testing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Google Analytics. </li><li>Ability to draft a creative brief with clear communication objectives, messaging hierarchy and mandatories. Clear communicator able to navigate the creative process and provide feedback. </li><li>Experience working with an enterprise ESP.
