Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our lending businesses, ensuring seamless operations and financial accuracy. We value collaboration, and you will be part of a team that thrives on communication and teamwork.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products. </li><li>Communicate frequently with front and middle offices for seamless business support. </li><li>Collaborate with Financial and Product control for accurate month-end income/P&L reflection. </li><li>Action all scheduled and unscheduled loan activity daily. </li><li>Monitor and investigate cash and other exceptions, including past due loans and financial risks. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong teamwork skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize workload efficiently. </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure. </li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Prior knowledge of loan product or trading operations. </li><li>Experience with Loan IQ. </li><li>Familiarity with basic accounting terms. </li></ul>
