<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Retail</p> <p>SEATED AT: Berkeley Springs, Main Office</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Branch Manager</p> <p>The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, providing leadership to branch staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.</p> <p>Who We Want:</p> <p>Champion of Growth -</p> <ul> <li>Identify branch sales initiatives and cross-selling efforts to deepen customer relationships </li><li>Responsible for representing the financial institution in public relations activities and community affairs </li><li>Assist the team in efforts to reach profit, performance, and branch goals </li></ul> <p>Industry Expert -</p> <ul> <li>Ability to identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency </li><li>Manage daily aspects of the department and its staff to ensure projects are completed and goals and customer needs are met </li><li>Assist in managing branch inventory </li></ul> <p>Analytical Thinker -</p> <ul> <li>Ability to use technology and adapt to learn new processes </li><li>Research and resolve customer account discrepancies </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide personnel management for branch staff </li><li>Manage overall branch office operations </li><li>Establish and help to attain internal performance objectives for the branch office which includes audits </li><li>Responsible for maintaining a professional business-like atmosphere within the branch office </li><li>Assist in coaching employees when needed and coordinate staff training </li><li>Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Test branch security equipment and investigate security issues when needed </li></ul> <p>What You Get:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>Incentive pay </li><li>Excellent benefits package such as 401k match, medical, dental, and vision </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>College degree preferred or equivalent work experience </li><li>One to two years of experience in a financial institution </li><li>Excellent customer service skills utilized for both internal and external customers </li><li>Strong and positive verbal, and written communication, and supervisory skills </li><li>Strong knowledge of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation </li><li>Ability to work well within a team, in shared roles, with flexible hours, including Saturday </li></ul> <p>EOE, including disability/vets</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$20.00 - $30.00</p>
