Given the nature of our work and our organizations ethos, we value trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency.</p> <p>As a Sr. Quality Technician, you will assist in developing policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations | Develop, assure and maintain the quality of products and processes through standard procedures & systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 & AS9100 standards), quality audits/ review process, etc. Responsibilities are within the Quality Assurance Methods Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. This position will need to be proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), with a strong understanding of how it applies. Experienced with inspection gaging/ tooling including micrometers, calipers, indicators and other measuring instruments.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Defines and specifies activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for materials, components, or products. </li><li>Builds and maintains the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. </li><li>Identifies and addresses any issues with equipment performance. </li><li>Audits, monitors, and determines the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. </li><li>Reports and troubleshoots manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods </li><li>Conducts tests on materials or samples to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Vocational/Technical training degree and 3-5 years'experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education &/or experience. Associates degree preferred, technical training preferred.</p>
