<p>Assistant/Associate/Director for Online Admission</p> <p>Coe College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Assistant/Associate/Director for Online Admission. This position plays a critical role in the development of Coe's new online degree program by partnering with campus stakeholders. Outside of program development responsibilities include, but are not limited to recruiting, advising and enrolling prospective students into the Coe's online academic programs. This position is responsible for guiding students from inquiry through enrollment, providing personalized support and promoting the institution's online learning options with professionalism and a deep understanding of adult and non-traditional learners.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective online students through phone, email, text, video chat and other digital communication channels. </li><li>Provide clear, accurate and timely information about program offerings, admission requirements, financial aid processes, transfer credit evaluations and next steps. </li><li>Proactively manage a caseload of prospective students and meet established outreach and conversion goals. </li><li>Conduct virtual information sessions, webinars and one-on-one consultations to promote online programs. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing, academic departments and student services to ensure a seamless applicant and student experience. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports on recruitment activity. </li><li>Understand and communicate Coe's mission, values and benefits of online education effectively to diverse populations. </li><li>Participate in ongoing training, team meetings and professional development initiatives. </li><li>Represent Coe College at public events such as job fairs, community events, high school visits and college fairs. </li><li>Attend and support departmental events (e.g. Visit Days, Admitted Student Weekend). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>Online recruitment experience preferred and college admission experience required. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic communication (text, email, social media). </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under College auto insurance. </li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. </li><li>Successful completion of a background and driver check in accordance with Coe College policy. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple prospective student connections and departmental responsibilities. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuasively and authentically connect with prospective students and parents. </li><li>Quantitative and logical reasoning skills, including ability to analyze data to assess online admission trends. </li><li>An understanding of and passion for liberal arts education. </li><li>Capability to excel under high-pressure circumstances while sustaining an enjoyable work environment. </li></ul> <p>Coe Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Dedication to the educational mission of a private, residential liberal arts college. </li><li>Ability to maintain positive relationships in a collaborative and diverse team atmosphere. </li><li>Commitment to excellent customer and/or student service. </li><li>Demonstrated ethical and responsible decision making. </li><li>Consistent attendance and accountability necessary to meet position objectives. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Some travel, evenings and weekends required. </li><li>Ability to drive to and meet with students in various locations and at various events. </li><li>Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs.
